We work closely with you to develop a strategic advertising campaign - the focus will be on featuring adverts through the most effective medium (i.e. job boards, social media, etc.), reaching the right people, with a resonating message and at the right time.IRS Recruitment have a great understanding of how best to portray requirements in a job description and associated person specifications (JD/PS).
We take time to fully understand the JD/PS for your vacancies. We don’t just look at the job description and specific skill, qualification or experience requirements; we also factor in the performance objectives for the role. This will include getting as much information on performance expectations, and what challenges or issues the individual will likely face in doing the job.

100% ‘Quality of Hire’ is our goal – but we also track “Time to Hire” as a useful metric to indicate process efficiency, however, we never compromise quality in pursuit of shorter timescales.
We have measures for pre-and post-placement that provides feedback on the quality of placements, enabling us to take action to address any shortfalls in processes, work-methods, and techniques.

We will deal with all responses to the advertisements and shortlist interested candidates. We will ensure that these candidates are definitely suitable before we upload them to our hiring portal, where you can review their CVs and decide if you want to interview, hire or decline these candidates.
