Financial Administrator
IRS Recruitment is delighted to be assisting our client in the Beccles area in their search for a detail-oriented Financial Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy department and potentially progress into a payroll-focused role.
Key Details:
- Pay Rate: £12.50 - £14.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
- Hours: 2-3 days/week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility required; potential for full-time)
- Start Date: Immediate start available
- Status: Temp-to-perm opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Filing and organising financial documents.
- Contacting suppliers and processing payments.
- Data checking and general administrative tasks where required.
- Potential to grow into payroll responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Accounts department experience and knowledge of SAGE (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to work independently.
This role offers the chance to grow within a supportive team, starting on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
